You can come to us for various types of rehabilitation and training. Rehabilitation after an operation, sports injury or after a trauma involving a sprain or broken bone, we also help you to rehabilitate after a period of absence from work, for example.

 

Through our cooperation with SportCity, our practice offers excellent opportunities for rehabilitation and training. We have an extensive gymnasium and exercise room at our disposal where exercise programmes can be carried out. The physiotherapist will work with you to draw up an exercise programme in which your needs are central. We ensure that you can once again fully enjoy moving. We believe that individual attention is important; every person is unique and deserves a personal approach. Exercise programmes are supervised individually by us.

Sports rehabilitation:

By means of a precise analysis of your motor abilities and sports load, the sport physiotherapist will create a personal programme to get back to a desired sports level as soon as possible. The sports physiotherapist focuses his treatment on endurance, coordination, mobility, strength and speed and tries to integrate this in a personalised exercise programme. Because of our cooperation with SportCity, our practice has extensive training possibilities which enable us to bring you back to your desired sport level.
